Sometimes there are winners among the rubble.
BTIG strategists were counting on that when they screened the S&P 500, hunting for stocks with low valuations and recent lackluster or negative earnings revisions. Based on each company’s history, they also found stocks with higher than usual short interest – or bigger than normal bets their stocks will fall.
